Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. General Policy
TrueByte Innovation LLP provides subscription-based and service-based offerings. By subscribing or purchasing any service, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team or through the designated account settings (if available).
- Cancellation requests received before the renewal date will prevent future charges.
- Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for prior billing cycles.
- Upon cancellation, access to paid features may be limited or revoked after the end of the billing period.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payments due to system error
- Incorrect billing caused by the Company
- Service unavailability for a significant duration due to Company-side technical issues
Refunds are not provided for:
- change of mind
- unused time or unused features
- user-side configuration errors
- inability to use the service due to third-party issues
- failure to meet self-defined expectations
All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of the Company.
4. Trial Periods
If a free trial or promotional period is offered:
- You may cancel anytime during the trial without charge.
- Charges begin automatically after the trial if cancellation is not submitted before expiration.
5. One-Time Services
For professional services, onboarding, integration, consulting, or custom development:
- Fees are non-refundable once services have been initiated.
- Any exceptions must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
6. Credit Instead of Refund
Where applicable, the Company may issue account credits instead of monetary refunds.
Credits may be used toward future subscription fees or upgrades.
7. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed:
- through the original payment method
- within 7–21 business days (depending on bank/payment gateway policies)
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party processors.
8. Termination by Company
If access is terminated due to:
- Terms of Service violation
- misuse or abuse of platform
- fraudulent activity
No refund or credit will be issued.
9. Policy Updates
The Company reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time. Continued use of our Services following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
