These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Company’s websites, applications, software, products, and services (“Services”). Any information, analytics, vulnerability insights, SBOM data, or security-related content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, compliance, or professional advice. Users are solely responsible for interpreting and applying such information.

4. Account Registration and Security

You may be required to create an account to access certain Services. You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials,
  • ensuring the accuracy of information provided,
  • all activity conducted under your account.

The Company is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your actions or negligence.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, code, features, and software within the Services are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights, title, or interest are transferred to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

If you upload or submit content, including SBOM files, vulnerability data, or software artifacts:

  • you retain ownership of your content;
  • you grant the Company a limited license to store, process, and analyze it for the operation of the Services;
  • you represent that the content does not violate third-party rights.

The Services may include links to third-party platforms or datasets. The Company does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for third-party content, security, or accuracy.

8. Privacy

Use of the Services is also subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant:

  • uninterrupted availability,
  • error-free operation,
  • accuracy of vulnerability data or analytics,
  • security of third-party integrations or datasets.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • the Company shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages,
  • including loss of data, revenue, business, or security events,
  • arising out of your use of or inability to access the Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its partners, employees, and affiliates from claims or damages arising from:

  • misuse of the Services,
  • violation of these Terms,
  • or infringement of rights.

12. Modification of Services or Terms

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
